New Tiled Roofing
This video shows the re-roofing of a domestic property.
H & B Contractors Ltd are able to offer all aspects of roofing
services relating to Slating and Tiling. Over the years we
have had the privilege to work on many roofs including
some historical Churches throughout Warwickshire.
Industrial Building Gutters
This video highlights the importance of routine maintenance for
commercial buildings especially in the inspection of the
internal guttering. By allowing the guttering to become
blocked, the Business Owner runs the risk of extensive and
costly damage to plant and stock caused by water ingress. Water will
gain access to the internal space via capilliary action and this
can make it difficult to identify the source.
Sheet Metal Roofing
In this video, you will see the devastation caused to a local church
when thieves stole the sheet lead coverings from two of the main
roof slopes. Following the guidance of local Architect (Peter K J Sheen),
H & B Contractors Ltd were contracted to replace the stolen lead
using new sheet metal roofing which allowed this beautiful
Church to maintain it's aesthetics but also will prevent future
temptation and damage.

Yes, we will inspect the roof of the property and provide our findings and recommendations for a fee of £ 100.00 plus V.A.T.
Not necessarily, it really depends on their condition. We are able to offer timber or uPVC options for fascia and soffit boards and uPVC guttering in a variety of finishes. These can be itemised separately on your quotation if you require.
This has never happened to us yet on new roof installations. We pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our work, however, should this situation arise, we will rectify any defects in our installation or defective materials if supplied by ourselves.
H & B Contractors Ltd do NOT ask for payment in advance of the works being undertaken. Depending on the size of the project, we may ask for an interim payment once the works are progressing. We do however expect full payment on completion of the works.
